Players
Respect: Treat all teammates, opponents, coaches, referees and parents with respect. Greeting staff and teammates upon arrival and departure.
The player encourages his teammates in a positive manner, avoids gestures of frustration and shows fair play at all times.
The player is responsible and demonstrates autonomy in his sporting career: he is punctual during training and matches, wears the club uniform and his soccer equipment (shoes and shin guards, etc.)
The player agrees to follow the instructions of the coaches and to respect the environment set up during each activity.
The player must enjoy sharing the field with his teammates, have fun and contribute to the club's success through his commitment.
Parents
Encourage positively: Applaud and support children, without exerting negative pressure.
It is important to respect referees and coaches, accept their decisions and positively support the club's philosophy.
Stimulate autonomy: Offer the child the opportunity to manage his equipment, his material and his preparation, so that he understands the responsibility of being a good athlete
Express a respectful attitude and encourage sportsmanship to inspire young people on the field as a role model.
Prioritize the child's well-being: Results must not take precedence over the child's pleasure, progress and personal development
